I have seen first-hand the adverse impact the modern workplace can have on mental health and wider wellbeing. 

 

Trained by Paul McKenna and Richard Bandler, I have practiced Neuro-linguistic programming and mindfulness techniques for over ten years and continue to be fascinated by how we can change our states of mind to be more productive and positive.

  

I am always happy to talk with clients about how we can include wellbeing and personal resilience in a tailor made programme.
